Some may know, and some may not have much knowledge of what's currently going on at the moment. Currently, Nightmare guild koses our peace member and commander Tasssadar because he personal koses someone from their guild. So now it's whole nightmare guild against one person.

I've talked to the g.m. and couldn't make it too far. He's said in our chatroom that he and his guild won't let it go, and that anyone who supports or protects Tass will be kosed.

This is a big issue, seeing as Tasssadar does help guildies get sm cloaks, make money in cv, among other things. Why should one of our most active and helpful members be targetted? Personal kos is personal kos and shouldn't go beyond 1 vs 1. Nightmare began this ordeal by calling more members to take him down.

This is my personal opinion. And as I've said before many a time since this issue started, if I see NM start pking the guy, I will not stay still and watch while a whole guild hunts him down.

I know that there are those of you who do not like kos, and that is fine. I absolutely understand that. Nightmare is also a big guild, with some pretty powerful members. Rest assured though that while some nightmare are following this kos on Tass through, there are many others who are not either.

So, I'm not making this into a poll or anything. I want ideas, opinions, on how we should go about this. According to Tasss, Nightmare hasn't really followed through on this kos yet, but that doesn't mean it's gone. I want to know what you think would be best for us to do here.

KILL ALL OF'EM!!!!!

We should support Tass as a guild. He contributed a lot for the guild and no one can bully him especially from NM. Seems from the discussion NM cannot be reason with, and their style exactly like previously how WL bully the whole Oracle server.

I think we have 2 options only:-

1. Fight NM as a united guild

2. Those wish to fight NM quit guild and join other anti NM guilds

I am on for either 1 of the option

It appears at first glance that the Tass/NM member situation has been going on for some time already, and it has never escalated. It seems to me someone who is not involved decided to open their mouth and bark a bit, and invite trouble. It's quite disappointing to see this really, if Tass has personal issues he should be able to handle this himself, and not be interefered with by any third party.

However it's also clear that its not a KOS by NM on Peace, only on Tass. In fact I doubt anything will happen to any Peace member UNLESS they specifically assist Tass if he is going about PKing.
I think this is harsh of NM to kos Tass for a personal thing, since I don't really think Toxius (I assume it's him) particularly needs defending, and seems strong enough to defend himself, but that's another matter.

Why should we fight NM at all? it's not about Peace vs NM it's about Tass vs NM. NM differ not from Immo, from WL, from Rage that they are all stubborn guilds as we've seen countless times in the past.

Therefore, those who wish to help Tass, and defend him from NM attack, should be free to do so, but if they are PKed in the process it should not be the guild's responsibility. Meanwhile, I don't think NM will go out of their way to PK Peace members. If a Peace member, uninvolved, does die without getting involved, then we would have to consider other options. but it's not clear at this stage if it will go further beyond Tass other than defenders of Tass.

This isn't an attack on Tass in any way, just merely expressing a preference that what is personal should stay personal ,and if you feel personally bound enough to assist Tass despite the NM overreaction they you should be free to do so.

I do not support any offensive upon NM. Not in fear, but out of the fact it's totally baseless for us to do so UNTIL NM start targetting our innocent members. Then escalation may be in order. Until then, I think we should let this simmer for a while. Peace should not go out of its way to invite trouble, but this does not mean inconveniencing yourself just beause a NM is at 29 or something.

For the record, as far as I know, Toxius targetted Huchchi and possibly EVALDA at the sm89 entrance without being provoked also. That is also what sparked some of this, as they were just in Tass' party and did not do anything other than defend themselves when they got hit first.

My big fear here is that unless resolved soon, there's gonna be a big firm division between those who want to defend their guildie and those that don't for various reasons. I'd rather for some decision to be made where all can support, or at least accept it, but I know that's hard to do. I wait for further comments

The nature of Peace is such that non-TW PK, or KOS, is much rather avoided by the majority of members. I don't mind a spot of PK myself but I don't speak for Peace.

You're quite right a division may occur, but those on either side need to acknowledge that the non-PKers are perhaps more suited to a PvE server (which doesn't exist here in MY), and that in that absence, we are the best alternative. There will be those that will PK at the drop of a hat, others that will want some provocation before they intervene (eg: if one NM hits Tass no involvement, if multiple gb then involve).

To make a firm decision one way or the other alienates a portion of the guild, to dilute a decision too far to appease both sides will compromise the effectiveness of the order and it will be preferable to simply do nothing. To force something unwanted on people, on those who cannot accept one way or the other, will create more problems than it solves.

If I was in your situation, I would sit on my hands and wait it out. The situation can really blow up at any time, and as there's time on our side, the option to wait and see is quite a valuable one.

FYI:
Ethics kos on NM started in a similar way:
RT would keep pkos former legion_pl ppl which he also told iblis back then
but since they called for help ppl came helping which was the cause for whole guild kos

in my opinion NM ppl tend to get involved in pkos of others due to those ppl, that are being kosed, barking for help and not saying that it is pkos

i guess this could lead to the following:
a) since NM helps each other even on pkos we should do the same in this matter
b) both sides stop kosing each other and every1 goes their way
c) tasss and those who also kos nm back and want to fight them leave guild in order to not make it hard for the others
d) it is agreed by both sides to be pkos and n1 else is allowed to get involved

i am open for everything except c

i suppose a decision is necessary about how peace is going to react
but i guess if it can't be resolved to only kos for those involved, ppl are going to leave -> either those that want to fight NM or those that don't want to fight them

My opinion is are same as Cryst that we wait an see what are they up to. Nm also hv some utopia ppl to right ?

My guest is some of them are trying to make this KOS a reality.

Some are envy us for being a succesful non-kos guild.

Why Toxius wanted to KOS Tass by the way?

my opinion:...(simplified)

1.if you're an OFFICER...do what's the best interest for guild. i think, any OFFICER shld follow that guideline, the FOR THE BEST INTEREST/BENEFIT of guild.

2.is it in best interest to get guild kos? if not then either settle it 'outside' or let it go - forgive and forget.

3. if ENEMY still attacks....i suggest as member of guild, back up fellow guildies.

4. IF CANNOT back-up fellow guildes...either dont show-up or leave guild...i mean, what's the point of belonging to a guild if dont back each other up.

5. FINAL SAY MUST BE FROM G.M....taking into consideration (BEST INTEREST OF MAJORITY)

those are basics of military commradery...applied to PW...respect the rank, respect the 'brotherhood'...u have Peace (or whatever tag) tag, be part of it and live it. GUILDIES above PERSONAL friendship / matters...if u prefer friends, then guild with friends. Besides if they true friend, then they shld understand.

my opinion is don't kos nm and don't involve the guild in the problem that tassadar have with nm...the reason is only that nm have some fault...but tassadar provoke them too ^^
i don't have anything against tassadar, i know him from long time...but i think that we have some fault in this story and i don't have that peace get kos for this reason, especially because a kos with nm will cause problem and a lot of ppl are in peace because peace is a no kos and no rpk guild and they want play without problem like me

I'm not a good pker and dont like that much.

But concerning the NM issue, here's my point:
- I'm not willing to start a KOS against whole NM guild.
- IF I see many NM against Tass (or any Peace member), I'll help him (them) out.
- IF I see Tass vs Toxius in a 1vs1 or any pKOS, I'll not interfer.


Concerning guild KOS, Peace shud always stay out.
BUT If they start killing innocents Peace members, that shud not stay unpunished.

For those who help Tass in a fight vs NM:
- You shud understand the risk of being killed by NM or even, in the worst case, being KOS by NM guild.
