| Hubby 'employed' me to do some art, and I'm actually interested in seeing how this will turn out. I'm basically making artwork to accompany a story. This experience will be good because I'm trying to draw better backgrounds. It's gonna feature an owl family because...I like birds lol. Here's my work in progress on a main background. | So like, I was working on the first page of the book and just had to stop to be all happy at how the the baby owl's coloring turned out. The mama isn't all that good yet, but I'm hoping she'll be better too when I color her. Anyway BABY OWL   | |

| Thankies thankies for the comments and everything. It really makes me work harder on these :> Well, this is 99% finished page one of the book. The 1% comes from the fact that I forgot to detail the mama owl's eyes. Enjoy :> 5 more pages to go xD  | |

| My WIP on page 2. Desired Action- Kissy kissy between the two owls. I copied a bit of page one's owls to make it easier, but had to change the bodies of both. The mama looks awkward and I think my chicky may be too fluffy, but we'll see when I color the mama Also, ignore the ghostly owl head. I just needed it for reference at the time  | |
