HH money runs / hh99 mat runs

Looking for a WB that could go Money runs in 2-3, 3-1 and 3-2 and mat runs in 3-3 once in a while (main is money runs). I guess 16k something hp is enough, at least that's the lowest I've seen in 3-3.

just btw ea is supposed to tank most 3-3 bosses...ill come on wb if u have money runs tho....not gunna use heiro cuz a wb uses way too much heiro if tank 3-3...which is why ea tanks...
