Thats from the friendship quest thing. where you have to keep making pt with different people and talk to elder and one of the other adc npc. But if one in your pt already talked to him then that person cheated on you and you can go no further with it. It all gets rather complicated but the exp isnt to bad if you can keep it going. Dont ask me how its done coz i messed it up and gave up on it
