It really is a white Christmas in Perfect World and Santa Claus is coming to town with Stockings full of surprises! Are you on his Naughty or Nice list?
Please note that names may be different in PW-MY-EN since source info is from a different version! I will be editing this post again for updates on correct names and coordinates of stuff once I find what they are in our version.
- Invasion of the Naughty Snowmen - The Snowman Terminator needs your help! An army of Naughty Snowmen have invaded the four major cities of Perfect World. It's up to you to send these cold-hearted monstrosities back to whatever depths they hobbled out from. Quest NPC: Snowman Terminator: At the center of Ancient Dragon City's bridge or in Vanished, Ethersword and Feather.
“War of Snowman” I、II、III、IV Serial Quest Quest Flow
I 1. Talk to Snowman Terminator to accept the quest of “War of Snowman I”.
2. Kill 40 Christmas Snowman.
3. Report to Snowman Terminator after the quest is completed.

Once 40000 Snowman are killed in a server, players can then collect the quest of “War of Snowman II”.
II 1.Talk to Snowman Terminator and take“War of Snowman II”Quest.

3.Submit the Quest to Snowman Terminator.

Once the killing amount of the Snowman reaches 80 Thousands, you can take the “War of Snowman III”Quest.
III 1. Talk to Snowman Terminator and take the“War of Snowman III”Quest.

3.Submit the Quest to Snowman Terminator.

Once 160,000 snowman are killed, you will be able to get the quest of “Battle of Snowman”.
IV 1.Get the quest of “Battle of Snowman II” by starting conversation with Snowman Terminator.
2.Kill 40 Christmas Snowman.
3.Submit the quest to the Snowman Terminator.

Quest can be repeated for unlimited time
Cautions:
1.The NPC will disappear if the quest is not accepted within given time.
2. The quests are divided into 4 parts, players can receive the quests from 4 different NPCs, once the 1st NPC starts to activate, the 2nd NPC will appear when the amount of snowman killed in the server reaches 80000. After that, the 1st NPC will disappear; the 3rd NPC will appear when the amount of snowman killed reaches 80000. After that, the 2nd NPC will disappear; the 4th NPC will appear when the amount of snowman killed reaches 160000, and the 3rd NPC will disappear.
Note that you'll need to be level 20 or higher to initiate this quest (there's no level requisite for slaying snowmen, however).
- Snowball Launcher - Speak to the Snowman Terminator and he'll give you a Snowball Launcher and 10,000 snowball ammo. Use this nifty weapon to defeat the Naughty Snowmen (don't ask why snow works against snow)! This item will only last for 12 hours.
Note: As I know no one has been able to get one from the Snowman Terminator. If you find out any information about this please let us know!

- Christmas Chocolate - Santa Claus is ready to prepare delicious chocolate treats for you if you bring him the proper ingredients! All of these ingredients can be found by gathering crafting materials:
Artificial Color can sometimes be found while gathering coal
Sugar Pulp can sometimes be found while gathering lumber
Additive can sometimes be found while gathering stone
Energy Blocks can sometimes be found while gathering metal
Once you turn in the right ingredients, Santa will prepare special chocolate treats, which give short duration buffs when you eat them: Speed Chocolate increases your movement speed
Power Chocolate increases your physical attack power
Wisdom Chocolate increases your magical attack power
Memory Chocolate reduces your channeling time
Armor Chocolate increases your physical defense
Protection Chocolate increases your magical defense
Force Chocolate increases your critical hit rate
Longevity Chocolate increases your HP recovery rate
Energy Chocolate increases your MP recovery rate
Note that you'll need to be level 20 or higher to eat these treats. - X'mas Card Hunt - > X'mas for All (Tier 1) Beginning at level 20, you can speak to the X'mas Tree in each city and it will bless you with a pack of X'mas cards. Open the pack and you'll receive a random assortment of cards. You can either come back to the X'mas Tree the next day to get a new batch of cards, or you can trade with your friends to collect them all! When you collect cards 1-7, return them to the X'mas Tree to combine the cards. Take the combined X'mas Card Set (1-7) to Santa and he'll reward you with a Small X'mas Box that contains all sorts of goodies! Remember, this quest can be repeated once per day.
> X'mas Wish Cards (Tier 2) If you're level 55 or higher, the X'mas Tree will give you a quest to visit different NPCs around the world who are holding the X'mas Wish Cards (8-14).
If you take an X'mas Card Set (1-7) plus any one of the X'mas Wish Cards (8-14) from the NPCs around the world to Santa, he'll reward you with a Big X'mas Box that contains all sorts of goodies!
You can also collect all X'mas Wish Cards (8-14) and have the X'mas Tree combine them into an X'mas Wish Card Set. This can be used for the X'mas Blessing quest (Tier 3).
> X'mas Blessing (Tier 3) If you're level 75 or higher, you can obtain the final set of cards, the X'mas World Cards (15-21). These cards are hidden in various normal monsters throughout the world.
If you take an X'mas Card Set (1-7), an X'mas Wish Card Set (8-14), and any one of the following X'mas World Cards (15-21) to Santa, you can turn them in for special items. Note that all items come with a pack of 8 Monkey Head bolus OR Big Moppsy Head bolus.
Cards 15-21 may be obtained from killing:
-Normal mobs (Like other drop rates it is best to kill those near your own level)
- Revive Snowman
- FB mobs
Hint: Grind on the Revive Snowmen! Reports say that you can obtain 1 or 2 cards per one half hour of grinding.
Trade Daylight (card #15) to receive a Christmas Guardian Charm
Trade Air (card #16) to receive Perfect Cookie x20
Trade Flora (card #17) to receive 50,000 EXP and 8,000 Spirit
Trade Sola (card #18) to receive a Christmas Spirit Charm
Trade Fauna (card #19) to receive a Chocolate Box (contains one of each Chocolate Candy types)
Trade Human (card #20) to receive Mirage Stones x7
Trade Bestowal (card #21) to receive Mysterious Chips (Tokens?) x10
Remember, you'll need the completed sets from the previous tiers (1-7) and (8-14), combined with one of the (15-21) cards to receive these items.
Now, if you are diligent enough to gather all 3 sets of cards (1-7), (8-14), and (15-21), you can turn in all 3 completed sets to Santa to receive the ultimate prize: Blessing of Christmas, which grants you permanent +1% Crit rate! It comes as a book which you can put in the Heaven Book slot in your inventory. You may only equip one book at a time. So if you have a Food for Thought book equipped to feed your pet you will have to remove it to use the Crit book.

-How To Make The 1% Crit Book Step-by-Step-
1. To create the 1-7 book speak to an Xmas Tree and choose Xmas Rainbow Card Set Redeem.
2. To create the 8-14 book speak to an Xmas Tree and choose Xmas Wishing Card Set Redeem.
3. To create the 15-21 book speak to an Xmas Tree and choose the Chris Creation Card Ex quest.
4. To combine these books into the 1% Crit book speak to Santa Claus and choose the ChrisJoy- 7WishCreation quest.
Note that you must be level 75 or higher to create the final Crit book.
If you are not yet 75 but have all the books to make the Crit book I'd suggest finding a trusted friend 75+ to help you put them together!
- The Living Snowmen - Little Bernice in West Ancient Dragon City (near the Moon Elder) needs help with the snowman she built. Help her by talking to Santa and he'll give you a quest to investigate the mysterious Living Snowmen seen in the areas outside of Ethersword, City of Vanished, and City of Feather.
First visit each Elder of each of the 3 cities as the quest guides you to do so. You will then need to kill 40 of the Revived Snowman. They can be found OUTSIDE Ehtersword, Vanished and Feather.
After that you will be asked to get the Carrot Nose for Bernice's snowman. There are mix here, Bernice's Snowman is not Revived Snowman (although they look the same) , the first quest that need kill 40 mobs need Revived Snowman and it's easy , the 2nd quest that need Carrot Nose not random , it need you kill Bernice's Snowman which is only 1 mob appears every 1 minute in same area as regular Revived Snowman .
Please notice that both monsters is the same looking so you should look at all mob's names carefully.
And please notice it not appear everywhere Revived Snowman appear, only few specified places ( for example at City of Vanished it appear near south gate only not north gate) , so if you stayed for long time and didn't found him at all then chance your place till you find it.

Once completed return to Bernice in West Ancient Dragon City and she will give you a reward!
(10k gold, 20k exp, 4k sp, 5 rep and your choice of an HP or MP Xmas Hierogram)
You'll need to be level 20 or higher to begin this quest.
- Santa's Helper - Throughout the word, monsters will randomly drop a special item called the Christmas Card. Take the Christmas Card to Penny in Ancient Dragon City (533, 645) or Santa to begin a quest to help deliver presents around the world. In return, you'll receive a Christmas Stocking, which contains a secret present for helping Santa!
You are first asked to deliver presents down the chimneys of Echo Desert Village. (213 593)
After that you must go to Barbarian Village and do the same. (218 424)
Finally, go back to Santa Claus to get your reward!

Note that you'll need to be level 20 or higher to initiate this quest.
- X'mas Gifts - If you're level 55 or higher, speak to Santa and he'll give you a Christmas stocking just for talking to him! How's that for jolly?
- Santa's Grocery Store - Last but not least, talk to Santa and he'll sell you an item that lets you pretend to be Santa for a short period of time. Be sure to spread good will to all!
I believe this might possibly have something to do with the Santa Pill drop but I'm not sure how it works or if it even is related.
